2530 Series - the smallest of our front-load aqueous parts washers, the 2530 series has a working height of 30" and a 25" turntable diameter. All front-load models offer an automatic oil skimmer, low water shutdown a 3 HP vertical seal-less pump delivering 50 GPM at 45 PSI and a load capacity of 500 lbs. Stainless steel models are available and all series models are certified to UL safety standards.

2840 Series - used in many applications, this front-load parts washer offers a 1,000 lbs load capacity, 28" turntable diameter and a 3 HP vertical seal-less pump delivering 50 GPM at 45 PSI. This aqueous parts washer comes with an automatic oil skimmer and low water shutdown. Stainless steel models are available and all series models are certified to UL safety standards.

2848 Series - equipped with a 5 HP vertical seal-less pump producing 110 GPM at 50 PSI and a 1,000 lbs load capacity. The 2840 series front-load parts washer features a 28" turntable diameter, working height of 48", automatic oil skimmer and low water shutdown. Stainless steel models are available and all series models are certified to UL safety standards.

3648 Series - an easy front-load parts washer to maintain, the 2648 series offers upgraded features such as, a very durable control panel, easier to replace handle, stainless steel sump covers and external plumbing. This larger aqueous parts washer has a working height of 48", a 2,500 lbs load capacity, a 113 gallon sump capacity and a 36" turntable diameter. Its 7.5 HP vertical seal-less pump produces 150 GPM at 50 PSI. The 3648 series does offer stainless steel models and all series models are certified to UL safety standards.

4860 Series - standard features include a 7.5 HP vertical seal-less pump delivering 200 GPM at 50 PSI, 48 inch turntable diameter and a 156 gallon sump capacity. This part washer series is 75 inches long, 66 inches wide, 105 inches tall and offers an optional 12 inch height extension. All series front-load models come with an automatic oil skimmer, low water shutdown, and all models are certified to UL and CSA safety standards.

This series is our largest aqueous parts washer with a 7.5 HP vertical seal-less pump producing 180 GPM at 40 PSI, a 160 gallon sump capacity and a roll-in door. All models feature an automatic oil skimmer, low water shutdown, push button table jog and 2 - 9 kW heaters. The 7272 series are certified to UL safety standards.
